Junior Academy
🌱Junior Academy Program (Ages 3–7)
The New Northerners Junior Academy is the foundation of our player development pathway — designed specifically for children ages 3 to 7. This program introduces young players to the beautiful game in a fun, supportive, and structured environment that builds both skill and character.
Our Junior Academy focuses on:
Fundamental Skills: Teaching the basics of ball control, coordination, balance, and spatial awareness through age-appropriate training and play.
Love for the Game: Encouraging creativity, confidence, and enjoyment while instilling sportsmanship and teamwork from the start.
Holistic Development: Supporting social, emotional, and physical growth in a positive setting guided by qualified coaches who model respect, effort, and enthusiasm.
Pathway to the Academy Team: Preparing players for the next level within the New Northerners Academy, where they continue technical and tactical development as they grow in age and ability.
At New Northerners FC, our Junior Academy is more than early soccer training — it’s the beginning of a lifelong journey in sport, community, and personal development.
